Ever since she stepped on the mat at 17, yoga has been an incredible piece of Molly's life. She has always been infatuated with the inner workings of the human body, and how each person can use theirs to find their own power and potential. Becoming a yoga instructor has been the missing piece in her puzzle, combining her love of teaching, working with bodies, creating and inspiring. The feeling of peace and wholeness that her yoga practice brings her is something that is impossible to explain in words, but something that she wishes to share with the people she meets throughout her journey.

Her classes are for all types of students; whether you are just beginning or more experienced; whether you’re looking for physical or spiritual benefits; she teaches classes that will encompass all. She loves to teach a true integration of all styles of yoga and you might even encounter some other traditional Eastern forms of moving meditation, like Qigong and Tai Chi, intertwined within her classes. As a devoted life-long learner, Elena fell in love with yoga because of the infinite lessons it can impart physically, mentally, and spiritually, and she invites you to try the same.

    Brianna McNaney
Hello, My name is Brianna. I have been teaching yoga for a little over a year now. My favorite style to teach is restorative, yin, and guided meditations for mixed levels of people. My passion for teaching people natural ways of healing lead me to get a Reiki 1 and 2 degree in pursuit of level 3. Soon i got certified as a mediation teacher and didn't see myself slowing down anytime soon in my studies of holistic health. I started my yoga journey off by teaching a mixed levels Senoir yoga! I was then offered to fill in for a kids yoga class, which was a totally different but exciting new expirience for me. Not long after I myself became a mom and took some time off to be with my new baby. Now I look forward to growing my practice and working more with kids to teach the yogic ways to not just the Senoir population but the little ones too and everyone in between.
