1. Mini-Yoga
    Ages 3-6. This class takes your kids through a story-time yoga sequence while incorporating life lessons, breathing techniques and other yogi-games. All kids classes are adjacent to a 60 min adult class so parents can take a class as well. FREE yoga mat rental for kids!

    This class will teach your tween the fundamentals of yoga and mindfulness with simple, fun breathing exercises, focus-based meditation, and life-lesson stories. The class will balance the fitness of yoga and develop the skills to create a calmer mind and body. This class is for kids ages 10-15.
  4. Restorative YIN
    Restorative YIN
    Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. All levels from beginning to advanced are welcome!

    The goal is total relaxation: laying in a dimly lit room, listening to either silence or calming music (Enya is the obvious the go-to; and yes, she’s still making music) with a blanket draped over you and firm pillows, called bolsters, to support your body. The restoration comes in the state of being just before falling asleep.

    This Heated Restorative Yoga class offers therapeutic tools to truly rest and replenish energy in stressful and exhausting times. So much of the way that we regenerate, restore, replenish and reset is determined by the health and functionality of our nervous system and our respiratory system. The restorative poses access the “switch” to create states of deep relaxation for the body and mind. Heated 95-100 degrees.

    Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Your one-stop-shop for alignment of movement and breath. Our goal is to have a foundation-building yoga class that will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate, but intuitive, pace. We will move through a series of heat-building, yet accessible, flows. We encourage you to modify the entire class to whatever level suits you.

    Beginner Yoga class that will take new(er) yogis through the journey of the yoga practice beginning at the grass-roots level. Each class will provide information on the history of yoga, breathing, various types of yoga and of course in-depth posture development, proper alignment and modifications. After just a few sessions yogis will be able to mainstream into other classes with better understanding and confidence.

    Yoga for the mammas! Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant and mama's needs. Our Beginner and Gentle Yoga classes are also suitable for a pregnant woman.

    Combining yoga movements with the added resistance of weights gives poses much more muscle-carving and calorie-burning power. A complete, total body workout. Our Iron Yoga with weights classes tone, sculpt and lengthen every major muscle group in your body. Add small, 3 or 5 pound dumbbells to specific postures and move deeper into each pose.

    This class is designed to give you a sixty-minute time-out. A chance to check out of the day-to-day, and check in with yourself. Tune out the real world, and drop into your practice. Yoga Mediation offers the best of both worlds: a creative flow to heat it up, followed by moments of pause to fine-tune those poses that require a bit more attention...and a lot more patience.

    This one hour session will address issues unique to a maturing body without making you feel “old”. This class is intended for the active senior. Enjoy a fun class with your peers and a teacher who is experienced with creating an appropriate class for this age group. Participants should be able to get up and down from the mat without pain.

    This is an all Levels Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga class hosted by Windsor Yoga Family that takes you on to the serene waters of the Windsor Lake. We’ll wade out into the calm water and anchor down our boards specially designed for yoga and enjoy an introduction to the elementary poses of SUP Yoga with options to up-level your practice for those who are more familiar with yoga on the mat.     A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This yoga is great for all levels including seniors or beginners. This class is done in a warm heat of 80 degrees and is a perfect class for someone who just wants to test out the heated room.

    The best of both worlds - Fusion Flow combines yin and yang elements to allow the experience of two classes in one. The first half will typically consist of an energizing, powerful vinyasa sequence, while the second half allows your body and mind to decompress with calming, restorative yoga. All levels can enjoy the strengthening and healing benefits of this class. The room is between 95-100 degrees.

    Slow it down! This powerful yet calming vinyasa class combines slow flow postures with focused breath work to help strengthen the muscles and the mind. By spending more time in our asanas, you will be able to really dig into each pose to focus on alignment, strength, and mental and physical endurance. This class can be adapted to all levels from beginner to advanced. The room is between 95-100 degrees.

    Get ready to move! Energizing Flow is a fun, quick-paced vinyasa class which uses flowing transitions to focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and flexibility. This class is accessible to all levels, but an understanding of sun salutations and basic poses is beneficial. Helping to balance you mentally and physically, you’ll leave this class feeling sweaty and energized! The room is between 95-100 degrees.
